STRATEGY Agilent Technologies challenged Eclipse Product Development to design and develop a new rugged portable spectrum and sweep analyzer that will fit the needs and requirements of a very demanding broadband cable industry. Eclipse responded to the challenge with an extensive study of visual cues and functional details that will not only relay, but perform to the "rugged" standards set forth by Agilent. |
