STRATEGY Idexx asked Eclipse to develop a new design language for a family of instruments and devices that would enter the marketplace within a 1-3 year span. LaserCyte needed to fit naturally into a laboratory environment, be simple and intuitive and most importantly establish a fresh look for an industry leader. |

SUCCESS Using color cues, intuitive design features and LED feedback, Eclipse made the instrument easy to understand and operate. The contoured design language portrayed an instrument that was clean, robust and of a perceived elevated value and has helped to establish a corporate identity for subsequent instruments and devices. |
