Eclipse helped build the IDEXX brand through product innovation.<p> </p></p> <p>Eclipse was tasked with designing and engineering both the analyzer and touch panel display for IDEXX Laboratories. Before product design began, Eclipse wanted to understand the end user and gain insights into their wants, needs, environments, activities and more. </p> <p>Through extensive field research in laboratories and clinics, Eclipse cited significant benefits to the laboratory clinic, laboratory technicians and the pet owner/pet patient combination. Eclipse helped IDEXX to realize all of these benefits in one product which meets the needs of multiple constituencies.</p> <p>The resulting product facilitates highly accurate laboratory quality hematology analysis without the need for highly skilled laboratory technicians. An inherently simple ‘walk away’ or ‘set and forget’ design provides end users with peace of mind and confidence to do their job well.
