Thermo Electron revolutionizes end user experiences

Thermo Electron’s Toxic Vapor Analyzer is another example of Eclipse delivering breakthrough products to market. Eclipse helped Thermo Electron determine a new product configuration and meet the unique needs of its end users.

Eclipse partnered with Thermo Electron to update their Toxic Vapor Analyzer (TVA) product line. The newly redesigned portable TVA is now the only analyzer to incorporate a 360-degree, daylight-visible leak indicator.

"I have worked with Eclipse Product Development over the past few years and I have found the quality of their work, their adherence to project schedules, and their commitment to their customers to be excellent." said Patrick Kennedy, Project Engineer for Thermo Electron's Environmental Instruments Division. "With their assistance and expertise, we were able to bring two successful products to market."

"As part of our research phase, Eclipse product design team members went out in the field to see for themselves how the product was being used." said Jim Sellers, President of Eclipse. "Without this crucial information, a company's entire product design efforts could be wasted if they can't understand who is using the product and how it is being used. Eclipse takes this information very seriously. When we design a product, we want it to be a leader in the marketplace."

The entire research, design and development process was completed in under 12 months for the successful launch of the new product that is exceeding all parties expectations.
