For over 20 years, Jim has consulted to numerous small- and medium-size medical companies to help transform their core technologies into commercial products. He has contributed his expertise in plastics design and mechanical engineering to develop innovative products such as angiography and brachytherapy catheters, surgical tools and drug delivery pumps.
Eric Smith, Director for User Experience and Design Research
Eric directs research efforts with users aimed at verifying our product design efforts are usable and appealing. He has conducted numerous research projects designed to obtain new insights, define requirements, and evaluate products with users.
